Time Requirement

The Miss San Joaquin County competition is a "local" preliminary to Miss California.  Therefore, earning the crown of Miss San Joaquin County means you become an ambassadress of San Joaquin County and our Scholarship Organization throughout the year of your reign.  Thus, this title requires: time, energy, commitment, and taking an active role in promoting the Program through your platform in your community.   The Miss Central California competition is an "open" title, and therefore, the time requirement is not as intense; however, several events and appearances are important to the organization and every effort should be made to participate.   A list of these events will be provided prior to the competition.

This is a Scholarship Organization. Therefore, the primary awards given are in the form of scholarships.     Come to an Informational meeting to learn about all the various scholarship oppo
